Job Description: This position will include complex clerical work which includes data entry and data analysis for both Mental Health and the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities operational areas of the Department. This position requires a detailed and analytical individual to support data collection and management needs for state data reporting under the Consolidated Consumer Reporting Initiative (CCRI) and court tracking. This position will be responsible for entering, maintaining, and managing data in various systems as well as developing reports, and conducting basic to intermediate data analysis to support operations and decision-making. Additionally, this position will provide support for external agencies’ users of our case management and reporting software (CPR-Web) for CCRI.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF JOB:
Serve as the point person working with the Quality Assurance Manager to provide access to County Virtual Private Network (VPN) and case management software (CPR-Web) as required.
Accurately input and update data in the internal databases and external state data systems.
Perform regular data reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Maintain data integrity through routine data cleaning and validation.
Create pivot tables and other visual reports to be utilized for operational decision making.
Organize, scan, and archive digital and paper records as needed using laser fiche and CPR-Web software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and reporting requirements with Mental Health Quality Manager, Mental Health Forensic Liaison, and Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Administrative Entity (AE) to gain understanding of data needs and reporting requirements.
Respond to data related inquiries in a timely and accurate manner (within 24 hours preferably).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF JOB (Continued):
Support ongoing projects by providing relevant data and reporting assistance.
Support management in preparations for training events and meetings (this may include ordering supplies).
Greet and assist the public when they enter the office.
Answer telephones, take messages, handle inquiries, and/or transfer calls to the proper individual.
MET’s:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Post-secondary education in business, data science, statistics, or related fields preferred.

Meet the minimum experience and training for the job.
Meritorious service: defined as the absence of any discipline above the level of written reprimand during the 12-months preceding the closing date of the posting.
