Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive nursing assessments—both at program entry and annually—to evaluate mental health symptoms and behaviors related to prescribed medications. You will meticulously monitor individuals for any side effects while enhancing their understanding of medication benefits and promoting compliance. Your organizational skills will shine as you oversee the monthly inventory of medications and medical supplies, while also preparing the medical agenda for the upcoming month.
In addition to managing medication orders and administration, you will provide supportive counseling and psychoeducation. This empowers individuals to master their symptoms and disabilities, making a profound difference in their lives while fostering resilience and independence in the community.
