Cumberland International Trucks of FL, LLC. is seeking a high-energy, motivated, & personable Parts Warehouse Picker/Packer to join our team in Orlando, FL; a great attitude and a desire to further their career within the company. Responsibilities include assisting warehouse personnel and Delivery Drivers with the timely & accurate delivery of parts to wholesale and retail customers, by accurately keeping inventory, picking & packing products in order of ticket, while maintaining organization. Additional responsibilities include stocking, filling & sometimes delivering diesel truck parts. Cumberland houses an impressive parts inventory of all makes and models, medium to heavy duty, class 7-8 parts to quickly and efficiently supply customers in surrounding areas.
Qualifications
- Warehouse &/or dealership experience desired.
- General Hours: Monday thru Friday 8AM-5PM

- Quickly respond to customer parts or info requests, determine availability/price info & document carefully
- Accurate receipt, stocking & delivery of parts in a timely manner, matching numbers to pull parts orders
- Accountability for the receipt of customer cores
- Maintain & operate delivery vehicle as per company policies, when parts deliveries are needed
- Excellent customer service skills internally & externally
- Maintain & operate forklift &/or delivery vehicle as per company policies, when needed
- Possess excellent customer service skills internally & externally
- Pack items, scan barcodes, and move packages to the correct location for shipping
- Inspect merchandise and products to ensure they have the right items, are not damaged, and nothing is missing per the order
- Warehouse duties as assigned by the Stock Control Supervisor
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lb. packages
- Appreciation for teamwork, excellent communication/listening skills, & awareness of others
- High School degree or equivalent
- Mechanical aptitude or experience in automotive &/or truck mechanics is preferred
- Parts department experience, in a truck dealership or truck aftermarket environment is a plus
- Trade school education in Parts Operations or Transportation Technology is a plus
