Cumberland Center for Healthcare Innovation (CCHI) is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual to support healthcare reporting, data management, and physician practice operations. This position is ideal for someone with strong Microsoft Excel skills, excellent organizational abilities, and an interest in healthcare data.
The successful candidate will work with reports from multiple healthcare systems, prepare and distribute routine reports, maintain data accuracy, and assist physician practices with information needed to support patient care and quality initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and distribute routine Excel reports.
- Compile, organize, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Manage and distribute daily Admission, Discharge, and Transfer (ADT) reports to participating practices.
- Research and resolve data discrepancies.
- Maintain spreadsheets, databases, and tracking tools.
- Assist with healthcare quality reporting and practice support activities.
- Communicate with physician offices regarding reports and data requests.
- Perform other data and administrative projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Minimum two years of Microsoft Excel experience.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver's license.
