Role Summary
The Group Exercise Instructor instructs group classes in a safe, enjoyable, and positive environment that welcomes people of all skill and fitness levels. The Group Exercise Instructor will effectively build community within the class. This position will modify classes as needed to meet varied health, ability, and cultural needs.
Qualifications:Education/Professional Experience
- 1 year of experience teaching group wellness classes preferred
- Certifications in areas of expertise
- Ability to build effective, authentic relationships with members
Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Certification in CPR/AED/First Aid Certifications or the ability to obtain within the first 60 days of hire.
- National Certification (ACE, NETA, AFAA, NASM) in group fitness instruction is required
Salary : $19 - $21
