We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Foreman in Winchester, IN to take charge of field operations, lead dedicated crews, and ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll set the tone in the field and be a key driver of successful project execution!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead a field crew in the installation and repair of trenchless pipe rehabilitation systems, providing direction, training, and oversight on-site.
• Coordinate work schedules, materials, and staffing needs at least two weeks in advance to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage daily jobsite operations including equipment setup, operation, and maintenance to keep projects on track.
• Serve as the on-site leader, enforcing safety protocols, company policies, and quality expectations at all times.
• Inspect all work for specification compliance and address quality concerns proactively.
• Perform hands-on construction work as needed and help troubleshoot issues with the crew in real-time.
• Submit production reports, safety documentation, timesheets, and other project paperwork accurately and on time.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of prior experience as a Technician or Foreman in outdoor construction, preferably in trenchless or CIPP pipeline rehab.
• Valid CDL Permit (Class A or B); Hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Strong math and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret written and diagrammed instructions.
• Experience working in confined spaces and around heavy equipment; Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 85% of the time.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and a clean MVR with no major violations in the past 36 months.
• Local candidates are strongly preferred.
