Culver’s Team Member (Lunch Service)

Position Summary

At Culver’s, a Team Member is the heart of our hospitality. You’ll deliver friendly service, prepare high-quality food, and create a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back. Whether working in the front of house or back of house, you’ll play a key role in delivering our signature ButterBurgers® and Fresh Frozen Custard with speed, accuracy, and a smile.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service
• Take accurate food orders and operate the register
• Prepare and assemble menu items according to Culver’s standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining, kitchen, and service areas
• Handle food safely and follow all health and sanitation guidelines
• Work as part of a team to ensure efficient operations
• Assist with stocking, prep work, and opening/closing duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and punctual
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Must meet minimum age requirements

Preferred Skills

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience (not required)
• Cash handling experience
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Lift up to 30 lbs
• Work in a kitchen environment with varying temperatures
