Competitive Starting Pay Based on Experience and Availability!
Full-Time: Starting Pay of $15.00 & Up
Part-time: Dependent of Availability

Our back-of-house (BOH) crew members are experts at moving quickly in a fast-paced environment, working together as a team to prepare seared-to-order ButterBurgers® and other guest favorites. No bun is left unbuttered, no Cheese Curd overcooked. In our kitchen, the details matter. These are the

We also close at 10:00 pm every evening and typically are gone from the store no later than 10:30 pm.

In 1984, Craig and Lea Culver, along with Craig’s parents George and Ruth, opened the very first Culver's in the family’s beloved hometown of Sauk City, Wisconsin, and began serving ButterBurgers® and Frozen Custard.
Craveable as our signature combination is, the Culver family knew right away that although the business is centered around the food, it is really about the people.
