Culver Franchising System, LLC is looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated Franchise Development Coordinator to become an important member of our dynamic Real Estate Development team. In this role you’ll play a vital part in driving Culver’s restaurants expansion plans by performing detailed and confidential administrative coordination and support to the Development team. You will be responsible to maintain and update the Franchise Management System and manage the Franchise Development process by coordinating all the documentation collection, guiding franchisee candidates through our selection and discovery process. You’ll be the person managing and tracking the territory request and approval process and compiling support documents. You’ll be a team player and important contributor in the future Culver’s restaurant expansion plans.
Essential Functions:
- Maintain and Update the Franchise Management System
- Organize and manage documents and data, ensuring content is up-to-date and accurate
- Gather updates and input from key stakeholders to generate weekly development report
- Manage Franchise Development Application
- Organize and manage a high volume of candidate/franchisee applications
- Send application materials to interested and qualified candidates
- Run confidential credit and background reports and upload into candidate files in the Franchise Management System
- Coordinate the Leadership Assessment and Discovery week process including scheduling, communicating with candidates, and routing invoices
- Manage Discovery Week refund process
- Collect and compile all biography information for each Franchise Development class
- Ensure approved Franchisee candidates receive appropriate documents and invitations; communicate with candidates as they progress through the development process
- Manage and Track the Territory Request and Approval Process
- Responsible for internal communication regarding expansion requests, organizing and compiling Operational Support documents
- Manage and track territories as they move through the objection process; ensure all appropriate communication is sent to franchisees regarding territory approvals
- Send payment request for Territory Reservations and Development Agreements
- Assist With Franchise Agreement Documents
- Collect, organize, review/validate documents needed to prepare Franchise agreements
- Prepare submitted documents for legal review/approval and for Franchise agreement preparation
- Support department special projects and other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree in a legal, real estate or financial field
- 3 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong technical abilities and experience working with software programs including MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Professional
- High attention to detail and ability to multi-task with changing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to ensure work and information is complete and accurate

Starting Pay Range: $58,000-$62,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Classification: Non-exempt/Hourly, full-time position.
