Role Description

Culver Brand Design is seeking a full-time Account Executive to join our team on-site in Milwaukee, WI. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing and building client relationships, overseeing project timelines and deliverables, and guiding internal teams to meet client objectives. This role includes acting as the primary point of contact for client communications, understanding client goals, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, creative solutions that align with their branding and business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day details of existing projects
  • Develop, build and foster both new and existing client relationships
  • Partner with the team to discuss and track projects as they progress, and identify and solve client needs before they are voiced
  • Proactively find ways to be valuable, useful and/or entertaining
  • Help with long- and short-term account planning
  • Write and prepare presentations, proposals, estimates and the occasional thank you note


Qualifications

  • Enjoy meeting new people, learning new businesses and being curious in general
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adjust priorities to meet evolving deadlines
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for maintaining client relationships and articulating project strategies
  • Proficiency in project management and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively
  • Experience with problem-solving and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have a sense of humor, or at least fake it convincingly
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Relevant experience in account management, marketing, or branding
  • Familiarity with the creative process and a passion for design and branding is a plus
  • Copywriting skills are a HUGE plus


Compensation & Benefits

Compensation is based on experience attitude and potential. Our benefit package includes PTO, health insurance, 401k and a parking allowance.
