We look forward to the opportunity to work with you and thank you for your interest.Title: Service Desk Support Specialist (Onsite)Duration: Contract to HireLocation: (Onsite - San Mateo)Start Date: ImmediateQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:The Service Desk Support Specialist provides contact and problem resolution for all internal users hardware, software, conference & telecommunications issues.IT Service Desk resolves as many user-reported problems as expertise permits using all available tools and following procedures and policies for the handling of support calls.IT Service Desk provides Level 2 client hardware support for desktop pc’s, laptops/docking stations, printersIT Service Desk provides Level 2 client desktop software support includes Microsoft Office365, Windows 11, Apple IOS, MDM/InTune, OneDrive and A/V Conference Room maintenance.IT Service Desk fields calls from customer opening tickets on the ticketing system as well as calling in from a domestic and overseas locations.Act as liaison between the customers and the 3rd level support teams.Provide support for network connectivity, including resetting network passwords.Must have exemplary communcation and people - skills to obtain and convey concise information on end-users issue.Must be accouantable / responsible for escalation of more complex calls to the relevant IT team.Position requires exemplary customer service communication skills, both verbal and writtenERIENCE & TRAINING: Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of related education and experienceHIRING PROCESSMulti-stage interview: Video / In-Person Initial Meetup and In-person and/or Video Tech Panel MeetupPre-employment investigation required (criminal background, drug test)Fingerprinting may be required, pending internal policy reviewPredictive index or similar assessment may be included in the processThank you for your interest in this opportunity. Salary : $80,000 - $89,000
