Role Description
We are seeking a part time skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist for a part-time, on-site role at our Lake Worth, FL location.
*Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and monitoring patient progress. The Physical Therapist will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide optimal care, educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques, and ensure high-quality, effective therapy services. Candidates will maintain accurate records and uphold the center's commitment to evidence-based, patient-first practices.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques
- Alumni or new grads that have passed their DPTE exam
- Knowledge of medical principles and practices relevant to therapy and rehabilitation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with patients, their families, and the care team
- Ability to develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and progress
- Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida
- CPR certification and knowledge of relevant safety protocols
