Position Summary
The production scheduler works closely with the executive team to ensure that jobs are always scheduled to ensure a successful outcome. This person is organized, proactive, and a critical thinker who ensures all moves make perfect sense. In this role, you will work closely with different departments and our network to ensure we can take on every order and have a fantastic output plan. This role has full ownership and accountability for production scheduling across all production functions and both facilities.Rush jobs come in? No problem; the scheduler will work vigorously with the team to ensure we can take it on. The dynamic of scheduling production for our internal capacity comes with a great sense of accomplishment and satisfaction.
“Production” scheduling includes, but is not limited to: embroidery, DTG, screen print, sewing, tags, transfers, and any other decoration or production process performed internally or externally. If a “position” is selected or exists in the scheduling system, it must be scheduled and owned by the Production Scheduler. When we’ve hit capacity throughout our facilities, the scheduler works with the Director of Sourcing to find the perfect supply chain partner to send the order to and communicate accordingly.

Top Priorities
- All jobs scheduled with the appropriate press or machine
- Communication and update capacity schedule on booked days
- Works closely with COO on capacity planning and never turning down a job
- Owns and maintains the master production schedule across all production types and locations
- Ensures all production positions selected in the system are properly scheduled and capacity-checked
- Scheduling of both locations for production orders
- Scheduling all production types including embroidery, DTG, sewing, tags, transfers, and any additional decoration processes
- Communication with Account Managers on capacity and Supply chain
- Communication with the COO on rush jobs and accepting orders when schedules are all already booked
- Updates capacity reports
- Builds, maintains, and continuously improves the automated scheduling system to support scalability and proactive capacity planning
- Transitions from day-to-day manual scheduling into oversight of the schedule, focusing on complex decisions, trade-offs, and long-term capacity planning
- Works closely with the sample lead, ensuring all photos have been approved before going to press.
- Works with GCI and Art, ensuring all garments and art are checked in and Trimmed prior to the day they are going to print.
- Works with purchasing on dates for garments to arrive on large orders to hit print deadlines
- Works with sourcing on transfers or anything needed to be sourced, allowing enough time to receive the product and garments and apply or complete the decoration before the shipping day
- Works with both production factories, ensuring all schedules are being met ,and makes daily adjustments to ensure ship dates are met
- Communicates with Account managers on any dates that are not going to be met and gives plenty of time to allow the am’s to work with clients on new ship dates.
- Assist in creating, scheduling, and communicating with affiliate orders and processes.
- Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency, and very personable

- Proven expertise in scheduling systems
- Bilingual strongly preferred but not required
