Culture Studio is seeking an extremely motivated and accountable individual to join our Production Team. This individual will be looked to correctly mix and match Pantone approved Colors with Image Tech Certified mixing system and Matusi water based Mixing system. One will also be looked to keep organization and cleanliness of their work area at all times.

Culture Studio is seeking an extremely motivated and accountable individual to join our Production Team. This individual will be looked to correctly mix and match Pantone approved Colors with Image Tech Certified mixing system and Matusi water based Mixing system. One will also be looked to keep organization and cleanliness of their work area at all times.
Top Priorities
- Ink matched to pantone
- Proactive preparation
- Updating stokkup with completed ink delivered to press
- One will be expected to Mix and Match specific Pantone colors by using the tools and training that is provided. It will be one’s responsibility to make sure each mixture is executed correctly and in a timely manner
- With the guidance of the Production Manager, one will perform daily duties and ensure project needs are met in a timely and profitable manner
- Communicate effectively with staff members to obtain job status and quality of work
- Log all data and have correct product info listed per mixture.
- Proactive on ink mixing so no press is waiting on inks
- Prep screens with ink and cart tops with buckets for corresponding jobs.
- Ensuring that all OSHA requirements are being met and upheld. All buckets are labeled .
- All ink is stored and clean and properly labeled at the end of shift with covers
- Report all issues/errors to the Production Manager.
- Must make sure workstation is clean and organized every day
- Adhere to company policies and safety regulations
- At least 2 years of screen printing and/or digital imaging quality management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong skills in work planning, scheduling, and must have good judgment of color, design, and printing quality.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions of practical situations to printing jobs.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- Bilingual preferred-English/Spanish.Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and
- respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and employees.
