About this Job
The purpose of this position is to complete various physical, custodial, and/or maintenance tasks to include cleaning, removing litter and trash, cleaning various buildings, operating equipment, and assisting with the public.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
- Performs custodial duties necessary to maintain clean and sanitary conditions of the park.
- Clean site's grounds - collect litter, debris, and trash.
- Mowing with zero turn mowers.
- Blowing sidewalks and walkways with hand held and backpack blowers.
- Provides a high level of customer service.
- Use and maintain assigned power equipment and hand tools: high pressure washers, vacuums, brooms, and mops for the cleaning and general maintenance of floors, walls, furniture, etc.
- Assists other personnel in the completion of their work for the purpose of support and to supplement in times of staff shortage.
- Assists in collection of appropriate fees from site visitors.
Position-Specific Details:
Location: North Toledo Bend State Park, Zwolle, LA
Appointment Type: This position will be filled as a part-time Classified WAE, limited to 1,245 working hours in a 12 month period.**Starting Hourly Pay varies, depending on experience.**
