Culture Pop Soda is looking to fill a Brooklyn & Staten Island Territory Sales Manager role for our fast-growing company. Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Distribution Growth: Drive volume and distribution growth throughout the territory, aggressively pursuing new accounts while fostering strong relationships with the current account base.
- Partner Collaboration: Communicate retail account activity seamlessly to our local distributor partners, distributor representatives, and internal management teams.
- Territory Planning: Strategically plan and manage individual time and daily field activities to maximize efficiency and sales volume within the territory.
- Retail Relationship Management: Conduct consistent, impactful calls on local retail buyers, decision-makers, and key account managers to secure brand placement.
- Field Support: Execute regular distributor ride-alongs to maintain alignment, motivate partner sales teams, and secure market penetration.
Requirements
- No experience required in the beverage or a similar Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
- Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship development skills
- Must be an organized self-starter with a strong drive to succeed and win
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace
- Must possess a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, insurance and a clean driving record
- Location Requirement: You must live in or around the New York Metro area to effectively cover this geography.
Role Details & Compensation
This is a full-time field-based position requiring 5 days per week in the field covering the New York area.
- Salary Range: $65,000- $75,000 annually, depending on experience
- Commission: Quarterly commission structure
