Paralegal (Injury & Accident Lawyers)

We Take Your Case Personally. So Does Our Team.Our client supports people who've been hurt through no fault of their own: car wrecks, truck accidents, slip and falls, wrongful deaths. To keep doing that work at the highest level, they need a sharp, dependable Paralegal who's ready to dig in.
What You'll DoYou'll work directly alongside our attorneys to move cases forward efficiently and professionally. This is a hands-on role; no two days look exactly alike.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and filing legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings
- Organizing and maintaining case files from intake through resolution
- Gathering and summarizing medical records, police reports, and other case evidence
- Communicating with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel
- Assisting attorneys in preparing for depositions, mediations, and trial
- Conducting legal research and summarizing findings clearly and accurately
- Tracking deadlines, statutes of limitations, and case milestones
- Supporting the team with document management and administrative tasks as needed

- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, or equivalent certification or meaningful hands-on experience in a legal setting
