About the job:
Are you passionate about designer fashion and lifestyle products? Do you have a knack for engaging audiences and selling products in real-time? We're looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Live Streaming Sales Personality to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you'll leverage your love for designer clothes, sneakers, luxury accessories, and lifestyle products to engage with viewers, sell the hottest fashion items, and build lasting customer relationships.
Here at Culture Media, we currently operate one of the largest live streaming operations in the fashion and lifestyle space, with 5.5M total followers across all platforms including 1.2M Instagram followers and 640K YouTube subscribers. Our network reaches 3.5M viewers monthly with 18.1M views. We're rapidly expanding our designer fashion and lifestyle division. This is an opportunity to be a key member of our fashion team, working directly with upper-level management to build out this exciting segment of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Host and manage live streams, selling a variety of designer products, including sneakers, designer clothing, luxury accessories, streetwear, and lifestyle items
- Create an exciting, interactive environment on stream to captivate and grow the audience
- Engage with viewers, answer questions, and provide in-depth fashion product knowledge to drive sales
- Stay up to date with fashion trends, new releases, brand collaborations, and market values to offer relevant insights
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to execute promotional campaigns, giveaways, and themed live events
- Continuously improve live streaming performance by analyzing viewer engagement, customer insights, and sales data
What We're Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of designer fashion, including brand releases, authenticity verification, and market trends or a strong willingness to learn!
- Excellent communication skills with a fun, charismatic, and engaging on-camera presence
- Ability to entertain, educate, and influence viewers in real-time
- Self-motivated with a passion for fashion and a results-driven attitude
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using live streaming platforms, social media, and e-commerce tools
- Experience in live streaming, sales, or retail, especially within fashion, designer goods, or e-commerce
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
