Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with CEOs, executives, and business owners
- Lead strategic conversations to identify business challenges
- Use Culture Index tools to analyze team performance and structure
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to clients
- Guide companies in hiring, leadership, and organizational growth
- Manage your own client portfolio and sales process
- Follow up consistently and build long-term partnerships
- Stay informed on business trends and client needs
- Attend training and development sessions to sharpen your skills
- Represent the Culture Index brand with professionalism and impact
Please note: This is a 1099 contractor position. Earnings are uncapped and commission-based (or project-based/etc.). Income may vary, especially in your first year. Top performers earn $500,000
Salary : $250,000 - $300,000
