What are the responsibilities and job description for the Strategic Executive Advisor position at Culture Index?
Build a Business. Influence Leaders. Create Wealth.
Culture Index is looking for accomplished, highly connected professionals who want to build something of their own while advising CEOs and executive teams across the country.
For more than 20 years, Culture Index has helped business leaders make better people decisions through behavioral analytics. Our Strategic Executive Advisors bring that expertise directly to the C-suite, helping leaders understand their people, build stronger teams, hire more effectively, and create organizations positioned for growth.
The Opportunity
As a Strategic Executive Advisor, you will develop and manage your own portfolio of clients, working directly with CEOs, owners, and senior executives as a trusted advisor to their businesses.
You will introduce leaders to Culture Index, guide them through the program, facilitate executive and management workshops, and provide ongoing strategic consulting as they use Culture Index throughout their organizations.
This is not a traditional sales role, and it is not a traditional consulting job. You are building your own book of business. Your ability to create relationships, open doors, earn the trust of executives, and turn those relationships into long-term clients is critical to your success.
And while having a strong network matters, what you do with it matters even more.
Why Culture Index?
Uncapped income potential. Your earnings are directly tied to the business you build. There is no predetermined ceiling on what you can earn.
Autonomy. You manage your schedule, your client relationships, and how you build your market.
Executive-level impact. You will work directly with business owners and senior leaders on decisions that can fundamentally change their organizations.
A proven platform. You are bringing more than 20 years of Culture Index experience, behavioral analytics, tools, training, and support to your clients.
Long-term relationships. This is not about making a sale and moving on. Advisors build lasting relationships with their clients and continue working with leadership teams as their businesses grow and evolve.
Flexibility to travel. Many Advisors travel because successful client relationships generate referrals outside of their home markets. Some travel extensively, while others choose to stay closer to home. How you build your business will largely determine where it takes you.
Who Thrives Here?
Our most successful Advisors tend to be accomplished, driven professionals with experience in sales, consulting, executive leadership, entrepreneurship, or business development.
They know people. They are comfortable walking into a room with a CEO. They can build credibility quickly, ask difficult questions, create relationships, and see opportunity where others may not.
Most importantly, they are willing to work.
This opportunity offers significant freedom and significant earning potential, but neither comes without effort. Building a substantial book of business takes persistence, discipline, resilience, and the willingness to continually develop new relationships.
If you are looking for a traditional job with a predetermined path, this probably isn't it.
If you want the opportunity to build something meaningful, work directly with business leaders, control your own success, and have no ceiling on what you can create, we should talk.
