What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Dentist position at Culture Dental?
Our Stillwater practice is a private practice group model, eliminating the negative impacts of a corporate setting. We have state-of-the-art technology and provide hands-on CE courses in endodontics, 3rd molar removal, implant placement, and more. We are looking for a general dentist passionate about dentistry who puts patient needs first and has a compassionate disposition. The general dentist will thrive in a one doctor practice and have access to an average of 50 new patients a month.
The perfect general dentist will receive hands-on training with a mentor doctor. Not only will the mentor doctor be available to walk you through procedures inside your office, but they will also be available via group chats and monthly study clubs.
The tiered compensation package for our general dentist allows you to make an annual salary well above the national industry standard. The first six months we will give you a monthly guarantee, with a payout if your collections exceed the guarantee (and 95% of the time--- they do!).
Partnership opportunities are not only offered- they are encouraged! Partnership opportunities are available as soon as 6 months from start date, and we can take the burden of financing off your shoulders.
General Dentist Responsibilities & Duties:
- Fixing or removing damaged teeth
- Filling cavities
- Performing exams and evaluating x-rays to determine a patient’s health
- Developing treatment plans to deal with any dental health issues
- Administering or prescribing medications to decrease pain and improve patient health
- Interacting with patients and instructing them on proper oral care
- Measuring and fitting dental appliances
- Referring patients to a specialist if needed
General Dentist Skills & Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from a dental program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- A state of Oklahoma license to practice dentistry
- Patience when dealing with patients
- Ability to communicate with patients regarding their health and care
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work with hands in small spaces
- Good problem-solving skills

Pay: $250,000.00 - $450,000.00 per year
