What You’ll Do
- Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule appointments and manage the provider calendar efficiently
- Verify insurance benefits and handle billing and collections processes
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries in a timely, courteous manner
- Maintain accurate patient records and support day-to-day office operations
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 1 year of dental front office experience required
- Experience with dental software (Open Dental experience a plus)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and highly organized
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
