Position: Appointment Setter / Sales Rep

What You’ll Do:

• Reach out to prospective clients via phone, text, and email
• Set appointments for our sales and project management teams
• Represent Culture Construction with professionalism and energy
• Follow scripts and training to ensure high conversion rates
• Track leads and follow up consistently

• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Reliable and driven to meet (and beat) goals
• Experience in sales or construction industry a plus – but not required
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
