The Opportunity
We are seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO to serve as a strategic advisor, support system, team coordinator, thought partner, and impact player at a pivotal stage of growth for the company.
This role sits next to the CEO, driving alignment across internal teams, managing high-priority initiatives, and ensuring the vision, values, and priorities of the company are effectively communicated and implemented. You will play a critical role in helping transition the company from a founder-led organization into a more structured company.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the daily activities are focused on highest-impact priorities; proactively manage time, information flow, and decision-making inputs
- Preparation for key meetings, negotiations, and external engagements with clear briefs, context, and strategic POVs
- Act as an communication channel between the CEO and internal / external teams
- Drive execution across the company’s most important initiatives
- Build, implement and oversee systems, processes, and operating rhythms that improve efficiency and accountability
- Track key priorities across teams; ensure follow-through and delivery at a high standard
- Synthesize information across projects, deals, and initiatives into clear insights and recommendations
- Develop executive-level materials (briefs, decks, memos) to support decision-making
- Maintain a real-time pulse on company priorities, risks, and opportunities
- Oversee special projects and manage key relationships in tandem with CEO
Candidate Qualifications
- A true passion and desire to learn and grow professionally in the entertainment industry.
- A high-agency operator with strong business judgment and a bias toward action
- Equally comfortable in strategy and execution—able to zoom out and dive in seamlessly
- Exceptionally organized with elite project management capabilities
- A clear communicator who can distill complexity into actionable insight
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders across entertainment, brands, and media
- Discreet, trustworthy, and operates with the highest level of integrity
- Energized by fast-paced, high-performance environments with evolving priorities
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet client or company needs.
- 5 - 7 years of experience in a similar role as described above.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders
- Strong experience building systems, workflows, and organizational processes
- Demonstrated ability to support executive-level decision making
- Experience in music, entertainment, or culture-driven businesses is strongly preferred
- Resides in the Los Angeles, CA metro area with the ability to travel locally to/from work locations.
- Availablitly to travel domestically and internationally.
