Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Landscape & Grounds Maintenance Laborer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing outdoor landscapes through hands-on work with various tools, equipment, and horticultural practices. Your efforts will directly contribute to creating inviting and well-kept outdoor environments for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Lawn mowing, trimming, and edging
- Mulching and bed maintenance
- Pruning shrubs and small trees
- Planting trees, shrubs, and flowers
- Spring and fall cleanups
- Weed control and landscape maintenance
- Operating commercial landscaping equipment
- Loading and unloading materials and tools
- Assisting with landscape construction projects when needed
- Maintaining a clean and safe job site
- Watering plant material
- Experience
- Previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
