Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at CALM, located in Rosedale, MD, with some flexibility for remote work. The BCBA will develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans to support children and adolescents with autism. Key responsibilities include conducting behavioral assessments, supervising RBTs and other staff, monitoring client progress, and providing parent education and training to ensure consistency of interventions. The BCBA will collaborate with families and other professionals to promote meaningful and measurable outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies
- Skills in Parent Education and Behavior Management strategies
- Background in Psychology or a related field
- BCBA certification (required)/MD LBA and adherence to ethical guidelines set by the BACB
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience working with children or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
