- Location: Service area will be 30-40 mile radius of residence

Cultural Academic student Exchange (CASE) is thrilled to announce the expansion of its high school international exchange student program across the beautiful state of Michigan, and we're on the lookout for enthusiastic and community-minded individuals to join our team as Community Representatives and help us create unforgettable cultural exchange experiences. This is a unique opportunity to connect with local families, schools, and organizations, and play a vital role in bringing people together through international education.
What You'll Do
- Engage with local community members and high schools to identify and screen potential host families
- Conduct interviews and home visits to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
- Match American host families with international high school students based on compatibility and shared interests
- Provide ongoing support to host families and students throughout the exchange experience
- Promote cultural understanding and global connection within the community
- Outgoing, friendly, and professional personality
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Qualifications
- Experience working with students in an educational or social work setting is preferred but not necessary.
- Strong networking and recruiting skills to attract and retain dedicated families (with the help of the Regional Manager).
- Background in social work or related fields is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of intercultural awareness.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage diverse audiences effectively.
