Role Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end process of delivering products and components from international manufacturers in China and Malaysia to global warehouse hubs in Brisbane and Kansas City.
- Track real-time inventory levels and coordinate closely with supply chain teams to maintain strict management controls, actively preventing stockouts or overstocking.
- Assist in determining competitive product pricing strategies by analysing global market trends, competitor pricing structures, and internal logistics costs.
- Utilize predictive analytics to forecast demand, optimize forward ordering timelines, and provide actionable stock-on-hand insights to commercial and sales leadership.
- Implement, maintain, and audit internal warehouse management systems and integrations—specifically Cin7, Carton Cloud, and Fishbowl—as part of regular continuous improvement protocols.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related professional field.
- Targeted at mid-level professionals holding 2 to 5 years of experience in logistics, retail product distribution, or inventory analytics (preferably candidates under 30).

- Genuine "industry empathy," showing complete comfort, background, or affinity with a fast-paced agricultural and agribusiness-focused workspace where agricultural topics are managed daily.
- Tailored for high-energy individuals who thrive within an interactive, extroverted shared office ecosystem rather than remote isolation.
