About the Position
Cultivate Wellness Collective is a boutique private practice providing virtual and eco-therapy services to adolescents, adults, couples, and families throughout California.
We are seeking an Associate Therapist who is passionate about providing exceptional care while growing within a supportive, collaborative private practice. This position offers weekly supervision, mentorship, administrative support, and the opportunity to build a thriving caseload in a practice that values both clinical excellence and professional growth.
San Luis and Santa Barbara County (Central Coast) candidates are preferred, but therapists throughout California are welcomed to apply.
Responsibilities
* Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy through virtual and nature-based settings
* Complete assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and discharge planning
* Maintain timely, accurate clinical records
* Coordinate care with providers and referral sources as appropriate
* Participate in weekly clinical supervision and team consultation
* Maintain ethical and legal standards of practice
* Contribute positively to a collaborative and growing practice
* Evening availability preferred
Qualifications
* Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Social Work, or related field
* Active California Associate registration (AMFT, APCC, or ASW)
* Eligible to provide telehealth services in California
* Strong commitment to clinical excellence and professional growth
* Comfortable using technology and electronic health records
