Childcare Educator (Full-Time, 4-Day Workweek)

About the Role

We're hiring full-time Childcare Educators to join our high-energy, play-based program. These are year-round roles with consistent weekday hours (no nights, no weekends, ever). Our full-time roles are built around four 10-hour shifts, scheduled sometime between 6:45 AM and 5:45 PM — giving you a full-time paycheck and a weekday off.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Engage in hands-on play, learning, and supervision
• Support classroom routines including diapering, toileting, cleaning, and transitions
• Build strong relationships with children, coworkers, and families
• Communicate clearly with your team
• Bring a positive attitude and move when the group moves
• Ask “How can I help?” when you walk into a room — and mean it

Pay Range

$14.00–$18.00/hour, depending on experience and education
