What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admin Beh Tech position at Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education?
The Administrative RBT will assist the Clinical Manager (CM) with daily site operations. The ABT will be responsible for a variety of tasks, some of which include opening/closing, scheduling, new hire onboarding, Behavior Technician (BT) services, and other related tasks.
- Work closely with CM to coordinate scheduling needs.
- Open/close the location based on business needs and hours of operation.
- Monitor cancellations and ensure adherence with all cancellation policies and procedures.
- Support patients and families during on-site visits/services.
- Provide Behavior Technician (BT) services in the home, school, clinic and/or community settings, as agreed upon and as determined, by Regional Director and Clinical Manager.
- Maintain patient files and ensure compliance with all required regulations and company procedures.
- Consistently implement treatment plans (under BCBAs direction) and prepare program materials; treatment protocols that include a wide variety of domains such as toilet training, communication, social, and adaptive living skills.
- Collect and maintain accurate data and clinical notes utilizing data collection software.
- Participate in on-going training, evaluations, and meetings, as required.
- Assist with parent training and clinical assessments, as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED (relevant college degree and coursework, preferred).
- Must have at least two (2) years of prior experience in an administrative capacity.
- Must have at least 6 months to one (1) year of prior experience, working with children (or similar related job experience).
- Desire to work with children, experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, preferred.
- Availability to work at least part-time hours weekly, including some flexibility regarding schedule changes required, to accommodate patient and staffing needs.
