- Partner 1:1 with business owners to create and execute long-term strategic growth plans.
- Apply your firsthand experience leading teams, managing operations, and scaling a company.
- Build a book of 15-20 clients, each relationship built on trust, accountability, and measurable results.
This is ideal for someone who:
- Has been the key operator or owner of a business between $2M–$10M in annual revenue.
- Has built and led a leadership team.
- Loves solving problems, coaching others, and seeing tangible results.
- Wants flexibility, variety, and purpose - not another corporate role.
- Thrives on being a part of a collaborative team of like minded individuals striving towards the same Mission and Vision.
- Easily operates in a remote environment and is excited to be a part of a tech-forward company.
- Typical Year 1: $70K–$100K
- Typical Year 2: $140K–$200K
- Typical Year 3: $160K
