Responsibilities
- Execute Marketing Events for our clients in designated locations (i.e. outdoor tent events, retailers).
- Manage goals personally and for the team on a weekly and daily basis.
- Conduct market research and gather feedback from the field through live conversations.
- Support client needs by learning appropriate messaging and product knowledge.
- Maintain relationships with customers to aid long term sustainability.
- Analyze campaign performance by collecting data from events to identify opportunities for performance improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing initiatives to maximize outreach effectiveness nationally.
Requirements
- Ability to learn quickly and implement new skillsets immediately.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging messages tailored for different venues or channels.
- Working well within a team to accomplish goals and meet deadlines.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making and optimize campaign results.
- Experience in training and teaching is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
