Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Receive and review customer orders as directed by the Vault Supervisor or Sales team.
- Pick and pack product orders accurately, ensuring correct items, quantities, and batch information.
- Verify product labels for accuracy and compliance prior to shipment or transfer.
- Process inventory movements, order fulfillment, and transfers within the company ERP system.
- Handle product returns by confirming accuracy and returning items to their correct vault locations.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the vault, including proper storage and location labeling.
- Assist with routine inventory counts, audits, and discrepancy investigations.
- Follow all vault security, access control, and compliance procedures at all times.
- Report inventory discrepancies, labeling issues, or system errors to the Vault Supervisor immediately.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Exceptional Microsoft Excel capabilities and ability to manipulate data.
- Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks effectively with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Resourceful team player with the ability to be effective independently in a rapidly changing environment.
- Self-Motivated, Self-Starter
- Knowledge of METRC (inventory management program).
- Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
- Must be able to work onsite.

- Time Management: Scheduling / Attending Meetings as needed.
- Proficient in Outlaw scale and scanning systems.
Qualifications And Education Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Experience using/configuring ERP systems and Metrc
- Broad functional understanding of ERP modules (Procurement, AP, AR, GL, etc.) and integration techniques (EDI, API, Flat file, etc.)
