Job Description:
- Responsible for assisting all Account Executives with a range of administrative tasks such as steaming garments and dressing models.
- Executing the efficient organization of the showroom including all RTW, FTW, HB and Accessories on display.
- Personally, ensures buyers have been properly welcomed and greeted, acting as a personal host until the Account Executive is available to meet with them.
- Ensures seamless transactions across service levels based on buyer’s needs and areas of interest.
- Contributes to the team’s success by taking notes during market appointments with Buyers.

- Proactive and able to show initiative when working through creative and logistical problems
- Proven ability to be adaptable and flexible- this role will require the right candidate to swiftly move from one task to another on short notice
