Our team is passionate about helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals, and we're looking for an experienced Medical Aesthetician/Laser Technician with expertise in Facials, IPL and Lasers to join our CULT.
Your Role:
As a Medical Aesthetician/Laser Technician at CULT Aesthetics, you'll play a crucial role in helping our patients achieve their desired skin transformations. Your expertise in laser treatments and skin services will be essential in delivering exceptional results and exceeding patient expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide array of aesthetic treatments, such as signature facials, skin laser resurfacing and skin rejuvenation, light therapy with expertise and precision.
- Specialize in BBL and Moxi treatments, demonstrating a deep understanding of their unique benefits and applications. Experience with the Ultraclear Laser platform is a huge plus.
- Customize treatment plans based on each patient's unique needs and concerns.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout all laser sessions.
Client Consultations:
- Conduct thorough consultations to assess patient goals, medical history, and skin concerns to develop yearly treatment plans and skincare regimens.
- Educate patients on potential outcomes, risks, and pre- and post-treatment care for skin procedures.
- Maintain detailed patient records and obtain informed consent forms.
Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, sterile treatment environment at all times.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices for laser treatments. Maintain a LSO Certification.
- Ensure laser equipment is properly calibrated, maintained, and functioning optimally with standardized signage and safety measures maintained.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in laser technology and products, with a focus on BBL and Moxi.
- Make expert recommendations on treatment plans and skincare products to help patients achieve their desired results.
- Assist with inventory management and maintain laser-related supplies.
Client Experience:
- Create a warm, welcoming, and comfortable atmosphere for every patient.
- Build strong relationships with clients, providing compassionate care and support throughout their treatment journey.
- Address any patient concerns or questions promptly and professionally.
Social Media:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging social media content showcasing laser treatments and client testimonials.
- Participate in creating educational and promotional videos for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
- Share behind-the-scenes glimpses of the treatment process to build trust and transparency with our audience.
- Assist in responding to social media inquiries related to laser treatments and skincare.
- Stay informed about current social media trends and suggest innovative ways to promote our services online.
- Maintain a professional and positive online presence representing CULT Aesthetics.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working with aesthetic lasers, with a strong emphasis on IPL and Moxi treatments, CO2, Chemical Peels, Microneedling, preferably in a dermatology or plastic surgery setting.
- Licensure: Current and active aesthetician license or equivalent. LSO Certified
- Expertise: Proficiency in operating and maintaining aesthetic laser equipment.
- Safety: Strong commitment to safety and infection control practices.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with patients.
