Qualifications:The successful candidates must:
- Be able to perform with limited or no supervision.
- Be able to conduct random patrols throughout shift.
- Have at least two (2) years' experience in contract or proprietary security and/or Military or Law Enforcement experience.
- Be a US citizen and at least 21 years old.
- Be fluent in English with the ability to read and understand printed regulations, written orders, and instructions.
- Possess excellent written/oral communication skills and be able to maintain poise and self-control under stress.
- Be physically and mentally fit and capable of performing all normal emergency security duties and responsibilities.
- Not have a history of substance abuse or domestic violence or any criminal acts.
- Possess a current Ohio unarmed security guard card and a valid driver’s license.
- Be able to pass a background check, physical exam, and drug/alcohol test.
