Security Supervisor-Hawaii (2422)

Job Summary:

Culpepper & Associates Security Services is seeking a supervisor that will be responsible for overseeing effective day-to-day operations at multiple locations in Hawaii. The Supervisor is tasked with ensuring each location operates smoothly and efficiently, while also working to ensure that all locations adhere to the same standards and policies.  The Supervisor will partner with all levels of corporate leadership to provide the highest level of employee and client satisfaction.

Employment Status: Full-time
Hourly Wage: $23.50 per hour.
Health and Welfare stipend: $5.09 per hour, up to 40 hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory oversite of all assigned personnel.
• On-site company representative.
• Interviews applicants in a proactive and timely manner, following company guidelines.
• Communicates high service level expectations consistently to the team to ensure client and employee satisfaction and retention.
• Creates, modifies and manages post schedules to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
• Maintains high employee morale and low employee turnover through effective communication and timely problem resolution.
• Enforces post specific policies and procedures through proper communication and training.
• In the event of an abandoned or open post, Area Manager is responsible for identifying available qualified personnel to fill the post as quickly as possible, however, may be required to “stand post” on an as-needed basis for an undefined period of time, depending on the need;

Responds to client or site emergencies as they arise, including ensuring appropriate

• Prior experience in the security industry, law enforcement, and/or military highly desired.
• Must have a valid Hawaii guard license.
• Customer service oriented, with the ability to successfully interact with all levels of management in a courteous and professional manner.
• Demonstrate a high level of integrity, and apply rules, policies and employment actions in a consistent, fair and equitable manner in all situations;
• Able to use good independent judgment and discretion;
• Able to read, write and speak English in a clear, concise manner.
