Join Our Team as a Pickleball Instructor!
Are you passionate about pickleball and love teaching others? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Pickleball Instructor to lead engaging classes for players of all skill levels and ages at PATH Recreation & Fitness Center!
In this role, you’ll serve up a fun and welcoming environment while helping participants improve their skills, understand the game, and build confidence on the court. We’re especially excited to find an instructor who enjoys mentoring and coaching youth, helping young players develop strong fundamentals, confidence, teamwork, and a lifelong love of the game.
If you have experience playing and coaching pickleball, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to fostering sportsmanship—particularly among youth athletes—we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
Teach and lead dynamic pickleball classes and clinics
Coach youth programs and help young athletes build skills and confidence
Work with players of all levels, from beginners to advanced
Ensure a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment
Promote good sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect on and off the court
What We’re Looking For:
Experience coaching or teaching pickleball
Ability to engage, motivate, and mentor young participants
Strong communication and leadership skills
CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
Passion for fitness, recreation, and youth development
