Member Support Specialist – afternoon to evening shift at Powell Wellness Center

This position requires afternoon to evening hours.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome & Assist – Be the friendly face that greets members and guests, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
- Membership Support – Handle inquiries, process payments, and manage reservations with efficiency and professionalism.
- Engage & Inform – Provide helpful information about classes, activities, and special events in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Give Facility Tours – Help potential members feel at home by guiding them through our center and enrolling new members.
- Maintain a Pristine Environment – Keep the facility organized, restock supplies, and assist in keeping spaces clean and inviting.
- Emergency Response – Serve as a first responder in medical or building emergencies, following established safety protocols.
- Support Team Success – Take on additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional member experience.

What We’re Looking For:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
- At least one year of customer service and cash-handling experience.
- Strong communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency preferred).
