Join our team as the next Director of Powell Wellness Center (PWC)!
We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven health and fitness professional to lead the programs and operations of our Medical Fitness Association-certified wellness center. PWC offers a wide range of land and aquatic fitness programs, along with medically guided wellness services supported by our Medical Director and Medical Advisory Committee.
As Director, you will report to the President and play a key leadership role in driving the financial and operational success of the facility. You will also collaborate closely with the Director of PATH Recreation and Fitness to deliver coordinated, high-quality programming across both locations.
Some nights and weekends are required.
RequirementsEducation
Bachelor’s degree in health/fitness or a related field required.
Certifications
Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of related management experience.
Experience overseeing membership sales and retention strategies strongly preferred.
Experience with aquatic facility management or programming is a plus.
