Culpeper Health & Rehabilitation Center a 180 bed skilled rehab center in Culpeper is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator.
The Staffing Coordinator prepares four-week staffing ratios, maintains monthly nursing schedules for the Nursing Services Department, responds to employees’ requests for time off, and maintains daily overtime logs. The scheduler will also communicate with Staff Development Coordinator and Clinical Unit Managers regarding schedule changes needed for training and in-services.
Experience with staffing ratios and scheduling preferred.
