C Shift

Position Summary: The Recycle/Warehouse Operator is primarily responsible for loading and unloading of materials related to Knits and Recycling Operations.

Position Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading all yarns (Weaving and Knitting).
• Loading and unloading of all beams for Weaving.
• Supply all yarns for Knitting machines.
• Handle all recycling procedures.
• Assist in cleaning and stripping the production yarn that is dirty or defective so it can be put back in production.
• Assist with monthly physical yarn inventory.
• Responsible for all labeling and FIFO (First In/First Out) on all yarns.
• Follow all safety procedures/policies and advise management of any unsafe conditions.
• Keep work area neat and clean.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Role Qualifications/Essential Skills and Experience:

• Must have good math skills.
• Related experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must be team player.
• Must be certified in operating a forklift (will train).
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Time management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong team player.
• Commitment to company values.
• Basic computer proficiency.
