What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pharmacology SME position at Culmen International?
Culmen Internationa is hiring a Pharmacology SME for Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR) Center for Infectious Disease Research (CIDR), Small Molecule Discover and Development Team.
- Provide expert knowledge of in vivo studies, to include but not limited to pharmacokinetics studies and toxicity.
- Compare clinical practice guidelines to the current and future military relevant medical threats to define gaps and harmonize Discovery and Development data while advancing effective clinical trials to achieve solutions.
- Support the Army Clinical Pharmacology Fellowship and train the next generation of medical product developers.
- Have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills as well as good written and oral communication.
- Experience publishing scientific papers in a peer reviewed recognized journals and/or patents and/or submitting pre-proposals and/or proposals for internal or external funding
