Culmen is seeking a dedicated Lead Polygrapher to advance our critical mission in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.
This position requires deployments to Haiti.
The Lead Polygrapher (LP) is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the administration of vetting activities under this contract, ensuring that all Haitian National Police (HNP) personnel are vetted thoroughly and in a timely manner.
The LP will ensure strict compliance with all contractual requirements and will work closely with INL and U.S. Embassy Port-au-Prince personnel, particularly on strategic planning and key management initiatives.
Additionally, the LP will assess the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed vetting schedules in Haiti and identify the resources required for implementation. The LP must be capable of operating in foreign environments with systems and infrastructure that differ from those of the United States and provide guidance on implementing new policies and practices accordingly. The LP will also coordinate with the U.S. Embassy Port-au-Prince to obtain clarification on legal issues specific to Haiti.
- Graduate of an accredited professional polygraph and vetting training program, such as the American Polygraph Association (APA), the National Center for Credibility Assessment (NCCA), or a comparable institution.
- Completion of at least 500 NCCA-accredited Law Enforcement Pre-Employment Test (LEPET) polygraph examinations.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating and conducting polygraph operations using simultaneous interpretation.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to speak, read, and write proficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- No adverse prior performance history with INL and no prior removal from any U.S. Government mission or civilian policing program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Eligibility Requirement - US Citizen (This requirement is necessary to meet the security and eligibility requirements for the performance of this contract).
- Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
- Proficiency in French and/or Haitian Creole is highly valued.
