Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
- Supervise and guide nursing staff, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, making adjustments as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse ( RN ) certification in the state of Alabama
