Position: Nurse Aide in Training
Location: Cullman Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Alabama

As a Nurse Aide in Training, you’ll learn hands-on skills from experienced professionals and receive the support you need to succeed in a CNA role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support residents with non-clinical daily tasks under the supervision of licensed staff
- Assist with meal delivery, hydration, linen changes, and general comfort
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in resident rooms and shared spaces
- Observe and report any changes in resident behavior or condition
- Participate actively in training classes and on-the-floor clinical practice
- Transition into a CNA position upon successful certification
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Passion for working with the elderly and individuals with health needs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must be able to attend and complete the full training program
- Commitment to transitioning into a CNA role upon certification
