SURGICAL SCRUB TECH FT - SIGN-ON BONUS $5000 (10984)

Job Summary:         

• Work as a cohesive member of the surgical team.         
• Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.         
• Must have knowledge of a vast number of surgical procedures and the steps the surgeon needs to take in order to complete the procedure, including the very wide range of surgical instruments they may need.        
• Utilize instruments, medications, and other supplies and equipment necessary during the surgical procedure.         
• Perform basic tasks such as transporting patients and checking patients' medical charts and consent forms.    
• Possess expertise in the theory and application of sterile and aseptic techniques.        
• Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences.     
• Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.         

Education:                
Must be a graduate from an accredited school of surgical technology or have equivalent experience. Certification required.                

Experience:                
Two years' surgical technology experience preferred. 

Additional Skills/Abilities:

Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills. Must have excellent prioritization skills and be able to multitask.
