REVENUE CYCLE DIRECTOR (13337)

Job Summary:        

• Maximize cash collections (100% net revenue).    
• Control bad debt procedures and policies.    
• Ensure compliance with all government regulations and requirements.    
• Control costs to ensure hospital financial stability.    
• Manage revenue cycle vendors.    
• Improve patient safety and quality.    
• Productive team behavior (service to guests, physicians, and fellow team members).    
• Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences.      
• Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.    

Education:                
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field preferred.                

Experience:                
Minimum five years' management experience in human resources preferred. SPHR or CHRM-SCP certification preferred.                

Additional Skills/Abilities:                
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be proficient in Excel and Word applications.
