REGISTERED NURSE - NICU or MATERNITY $10,000 Sign-On Bonus!!!
- ELIGIBLE POSITIONS: Full-time Night Shift RN – NICU or Maternity
- LIMITED-TIME OFFER: Qualified candidates who accept employment and begin work on or before August 10, 2026!
- Current, unrestricted Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Minimum one (1) year recent RN experience in NICU or Maternity.
- Previous Cullman Regional employees are eligible only if they have been separated from employment for more than twelve (12) months prior to rehire.
- Must accept and maintain a Full-Time Night Shift position in NICU or Maternity.
- Must satisfy all terms and conditions of the Registered Nurse Sign-On Bonus Agreement.
Job Summary:
- Performs individualized care for assigned patients, incorporating clinical practice guidelines with established nursing practice.
- Completes documentation and charges in an appropriate, thorough and timely manner.
- Adheres to case management model for assigned patients, working with physicians for effective throughput.
- Demonstrates and encourages team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences.
- Upholds and promotes patient safety and quality.
Education:
Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state of Alabama.
Experience:
New graduate accepted but are not eligible for the sign-on bonus. Experienced nurse with wound knowledge and case management experience preferred.
Additional Skills/Abilities:
Possess excellent interpersonal skills sufficient to interact with guests. Proficient computer skills required.
